At the heart of Catholic Life is the Domestic Church – the family. At the heart of the family is marriage, where a man and woman draw the grace to live sanctified lives and pass on the faith through children. From marriage preparation to enrichment; from natural family planning to healing hurt marriages; the Church journeys with the family and wishes to help along the path.
The Diocese supports parishes in their accompaniment with the family by:
- Marriage Preparation support through Pre-Cana and Fully Engaged.
- Marriage Enrichment support and resources.
- Building Faith in Families through Faith Formation, Sacramental Preparation, Natural Family Planning and Evangelization efforts.
- Providing Hope & Healing ministries and support.
